In an Agile world there is no specialization or compartmentalization of roles. The teams are made of cross functional members where everyone chips in with their multi skills in order to achieve a common goal: creating an increment of work.
This more or less implies there are no sub-teams dedicated to a particular domain like analysis or testing. In such a world where does a traditional tester fits in? What practices does a “tester” can adopt to live in such gray a world? Can a tester adapt to survive in such a world or it’s bound to extinction?
