Students Volunteers

Agile Portugal 2011 gives you the opportunity to access the cool inner workings of the conference, including a free registration, access to the conference dinner, and lunches. In return, you’ll only have to participate in the AgilePT organization and walk around the conference with professional-grade, high-frequency, retro-style walkie-talkies™.

If you think you’re up to the job, apply now as a Student Volunteer. Send us an email telling why you know you are a good candidate. We will select the best applications. And one of you will get the chance to manage the horde as an SV Captain!

Things you should include in your application:

• Prior volunteer experience in conferences;
• Language skills — how good is your Romanian?;
• Other special skills — anything we should know (e.g. photo shooting, video recording, bartending skills, etc…).

You will be asked to provide support during the 20th, 21st and 22nd June @ FEUP, and will have enough time to enjoy the conference. You will be expected to do tasks like handing the conference materials on the registration desk, providing support to the speakers during their sessions, etc..
